Okay, I just checked in a bunch of stuff for testing
incremental training.  It's not complete (there's a
TODO file listing a bunch of stuff I would like to
have time to do on it), but it's there.  I'll post
some results graphs when I get a bit more coherent.

The niftiest thing about what I wrote is that it gets
the training regime to use out of a command-line specified
file... so it's really easy to define and test multiple
training regimes, and see which one does best.

Now, for some sleep...
