[Spambayes] Outlook Express configuration

Does anyone know if there's an api, or some way to programmatically configure 
OE?  I'm writing an installer for the pop3proxy, which needs to simply set the 
pop3 server address and port.  I can't even find a place in the registry where 
this stuff is stored!  Suggestions?
