Initial Comment:
It would be nice (but purely cosmetic) if the folder list 
that is generated by _BuildFoldersMAPI (in 
FolderSelector.py) was sorted alphabetically (within 
each folder).  This is the view that Outlook provides in 
it's folder list, and it's a little confusing finding folders in 
a different order.

If this is particularly non-trivial, then it might not be worth 
doing.
