[Spambayes] (no subject)

I'm getting no activity like I did when Spambayes was first installed.
One day it just disappeared from Outlook.  I restarted Outlook, nothing.
I tried re-adding the add-in, no go.  Can you tell me how to load this
again and stay an add-in?  I have attached the error message.
