[Spambayes] Outlook Plug-in won't stay checked in Com_add-ins

Open "about.html" in your browser, and see the trouble-shooting section.
This will tell you how to locate the log file for the session, and the
process for reporting a bug (ie, open a bug at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/spambayes/, and attach the log.)
