+1 to using Python tools, this being a Python project after all.

I'm not opposed to a little beautification of the SpamBayes sight design,
but I would be -1 on anything over-blown.  I usually lean toward clean and
simple because it gets the job done without making site maintenance too big
a hassle.  The site design of the ht2html site itself might not be a bad
starting point, with some color and logo changes appropriate to SpamBayes.
