[spambayes-dev] auto-responder text for spambayes-bugs

I've seen a number of people mailing spambayes-bugs, trying to report a bug.
I've added an autoresponder message to this list to try and direct people to
SourceForge.

The only poster to this list is generally noreply at sourceforge.net, and that
address should only get one mail every 3 months - so I don't see any real
problems - but if anyone else does, let me know (or better yet, fix it -
password is the same as all other SB lists - let me know if you want to know
what that is.)
