[spambayes-dev] Funny Characters in the spambayes FAQ section headings

Hello,

I just had a look at
    http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/faq.html
and wondered about the section and subsection headlines, which are
rendered as (for example):
  '''6.7Ä Ä Ä What do I need to do to update the FAQ?'''
Each heading contains these three capital A umlauts.

A problem with the docutils installation (tools/html.py) on some 
developers box?
