Skip already fixed that (thanks!), in a cleaner way.

Note that *ever* using dumbdbm for the spambayes database remains a
monumentally bad idea, though.  If there's no real database to be had, using
a plain dict (stored as one giant pickle) is much better than dumbdbm on all
counts (less memory required, much faster, much smaller disk file, no
possibility of corruption (although new training can be lost upon improper
shutdown, the old dict pickle file will still be intact)).
