Summary: Office/Outlook SP3 Breaks Spambayes

Initial Comment:
Immediately after installing Office 2003 SP3, Spambayes stopped working on Outlook 2003.  Tried 1.0.4 and 1.1A.  Both are disabled in Outlook.
