Summary: SB with The Bat! hung

Initial Comment:
Using The Bat! version 1.62r SB hung this afternoon, and TB! could not exit until I had manually terminated SB.

Now it seems that SB will not start automatically - I have to start the SB Tray Icon app manually. It is, however in my start list (in the user startup folder). I admit that I've not investigated this fully, but it's happened twice now and is a minor pain. I'm attaching the last few logs in case they help - there are some errors there.
