Summary: SpamBayes crashes Outlook after recent installs

Initial Comment:
Hi,

I’ve been a happy user of SpamBayes for a couple of
years now, but started to have a major error last
night.

My current configuration:
XP Pro
Acer TravelMate 8100 (notebook)
Outlook 2003
SpamBayes 1.0.4

System changes since SpamBayes was last operational:
Installed Adobe Creative Suite Premium (Photoshop;
Illustrator; GoLive; Acrobat Pro; ImageReady;
InDesign; VersionCue)
Installed MSN Messenger
Installed Google Talk
(all last night)

Issue:
Before the installs, I closed Outlook
When I restarted after the last install and tried to
opened Outlook, I got an error message that left me
with the option of restarting Outlook with or without
disabling SpamBayes
The only way I could open Outlook successfully was to
disable SpamBayes

Solutions Tried:
Rebooting
Uninstalling SpamBayes and reinstalling it (re-
enabling it in Outlook)
Installing the newer version of SpamBayes

No solutions I’ve tried have worked. I still get the
same issue described above. I’d love your help,
because I already REALLY miss SpamBayes. –Heather

I have the same error on a _virgin_ xp-pro-sp2/ms-ofc-2k3-
sp2/no-DEP install to a secondary partition. This install
was from oem cds, not the ms license pak cds.

I've registered the sb dll to no avail.

My system is a Dell PWS 380, P4 w/Phys-Addr_Extns, 2 gb
ram, SATA II drives, nVidia Quadro dual.

Please help :) <on knees begging>
