Initial Comment:
This init script updates the two already on
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/unix.html, addressing
a couple of issues that arise with them. In particular,
it runs sb_server.py as an unpriviledged user rather
than as root.

There is one downside to this: The server cannot use
ports below 1024, since only root can bind to those ports.

It has been tested on Fedora Core 3 and Fedora Core 4
but should work on many other distributions.
