Summary: spambayes not filtering (assigning % SPAM)

Initial Comment:
Spambayes stopped assigning spam numbers.  I've 
updated plug-in to 1.0.4 (March 2005) with no 
improvement.  I've also run the Outlook Repair tool.  
Again no improvement.  I'm running WinXP Pro and 
Outlook 2002 SP3.  I've attached my latest log file
