Summary: remove New Mail icon on taskbar

Initial Comment:
When I receive new mail, Outlook creates a “new mail” 
icon in the taskbar notification area (by the time).  
SpamBayes then sorts the message as spam, but the 
envelope in the notification area remains, even though 
there is no new mail.
