I can't get Spam Bayes to show in the COM ad-ins 
section, even though i reinstalled it again. I am running 
windows XP, with Outlook from Office XP. here is the log 
file also.

It looks like you are trying to install SpamBayes from a non-
administrator account that does not have access rights to 
modify the registry.  Try installing the software from the 
Administrator account.
