Summary: Toolbar use crashes Outlook 2003

Initial Comment:
Since updating to SP1 of Outlook 2003, any use of the 
SpamBayes toolbar items causes a Outlook crash and 
restart with exception 5. The addin is filtering emails and 
some toolbar activities (i.e. Recover from Spam) is 
accomplished before the crash.
This was happening in 1.0b1 and still happens after 
updating to 1.0rc2.
I did disable through Outlook's customize menu and 
deleted outcmd.dat.
spambayes1.log is 'attached'.
