This is a follow on to bug no 961019

I have uped the log level to 5 and have had some 9 or 
10 that should heve been moved to Junk Mail folder by 
SPAMBAYES but weren't.

Hopefully the attached log file will help diagnosis.

An update. The situation now seems to be fairly stable. The 
filtering works, but only when manually triggered from the 
Spambayes menu - Filtering - Start Filtering. It seems that 
just the filtering activation, on arrival of new messages or 
start up seems to have got lost.
