Summary: Incorrect sort order for Score column

Initial Comment:
In the Review Messages page, clicking the Score column 
header appears to sort by the alphabetical order of the 
percentage text rather than the numeric value.  The 
scores for ham messages sorted as follows: 1, 10, 
11, ..., 19, 2, etc.
