Initial Comment:
Still having the same issue with dll registration in
1.0a9.  The installer doesn't complain, but the COM
Add-In fails to load.
If "regsvr32 outlook_addin.dll" is run from the
SpamBayes directory, it reports failure.
This bug seems specific to NT4.  I've never had a
problem with Win2k.
