Initial Comment:
In some cases, we can't save stuff (spam score, folder
name) back to the original message (eg, IMAP, Hotmail).
 However, we almost certainly *can* save it after we
have moved the message (assuming we do move it).  This
would allow people to see the Spam score for their Spam
and unsure, and would allow "recover from" to restore
to the correct folder.
