[Shtoom] patch: play ringring files. (untested)

You can follow along with my ongoing work to make patches for Shtoom by  
looking at this list of patches:

The current interesting one is the latest: "play ring.wav on incoming  
call and ringback.wav on outgoing ringback".  I am now testing that  
patch.
