[SciPy-user] [ANN][optimization] OpenOpt 0.23

thanks Dmitrey and Nils, I downloaded and installed OOpy with svn. +1 on 
cleaning up the scikits directory, when that is possible. How about 
mentioning that this version is deprecated and pointing toward the new 
location in the __init__ of the scikits package?
