[SciPy-user] [ANN][optimization] OpenOpt 0.23

hi Dmitrey, I am confused : is the scikits openopt deprecated? I see 
that the head is version 2111 with info.py specifying 0.19.... but all 
this is not in the source browser on your web page....
I am sorry if I did not follow the new setup.
