... and the on-diagonal elements should be 1. I suspect you basically
have it set up right, it's just that there must be some numerical
ill-conditioning somewhere in the matrix solving (or inaccuracy in the
integration) that leads to these fairly large errors. I'll take a look
when I have a chance in the next couple of days!
