In other stats.distributions news:
* I added some extra distributions to hydroclimpy (http://hydroclimpy.sourceforge.net/ 
), along wrappings around Hosking's routines for the computation of L- 
moments. Any interest to put some of it in scipy.stats.distributions ?
* Do we have some kind of template to write the documentation of  
distributions ? Something like mathworld/wikipedia ?
