Thanks Pierre I was going to mail you that bug anyway.
 
Also, I think you are still defaulting some paths (e.g. MingW)
to be under C:\Program Files\ which as I mentioned is a huge big
problem with Windows Vista's UAC, especially when you install as
Administrator then try to run it as a user - it triggers loads of
UAC nag warnings anytime you do file operations.
 
May I suggest it is best to prompt the user for the base directory
of the entire install (e.g. "C:\DEV") then after that, automatically default 
all the paths to e.g. C:\DEV\<Package>
 
Thanks for the lightning turnaround on patches, by the way.
I am happily running with 1.2.0
