Hi Nils,
w/o details on the troubles you have encountered I can hardly solve it.

chief idea - ensure you have pywrapper.so on your PYTHONPATH and old 
file pywrapper.so from algencan v 1.0 has been removed.

I will mention the moment in NLP page.
