[SciPy-user] 2D and 3D moments of an image (Hu, Zernike, ...)

I will modify your code so that the cooccurence matrix can be computed
between two blocks (for instance inter-channel cooccurence matrix for colour
textures or 3D cooccurence matrix), I'll need it in the near future.
If you're planning of making it a scikit, please let us know so that I can
provide a patch.
