[SciPy-user] simpliest way to determine is matrix positive - definite?

hi all,
what's the simpliest way to determine is matrix positive - definite?
(using numpy/scipy of course)

Also, don't you know asymptotic complexity of the func? i.e. O(log n * 
n^2) or like that.
