[SciPy-user] IRC channel, #scipy

I was looking for a way to solve a problem related to the installation
of SciPy and I was surprised to see there was noone hanging out at
#scipy on freenode.

Right now there are two people. Feel free to /join #scipy and maybe we
can make it into something more permanant?
