[SciPy-user] cluster package removed / changed?

Hello. It seems there used to be a cluster package in scipy which
contained a kmeans() function. I'm looking for that functionality, but I
can not find the cluster package in the most recent scipy (0.4.9), nor
can I find the kmeans function. Has it be removed?
