Not many people use plt, xplt or gplt. They are essentially deprecated,
and new users are being directed to matplotlib. xplt occasionally gets
some TLC because Travis Oliphant uses it, but other than that, they've
pretty much been abandoned. I doubt that they are going to make it
through the coming reorganization.
