[SciPy-user] send me your blurbs

I'm happy to collect such blurbs for the SciPy site. I'll assume that if 
you posted a blurb to the list, then it would be OK to quote you on the 
site. (If that's not true for you, please email me.) JDH, when you get a 
chance after finishing your grant proposal, could you send me any blurbs 
you collected off-list? I'll follow up with those sources to get their 
consent for re-use.
