There are a few functions from lapack which I was wondering if I could
run from python using scipy.

zgetrf:
This seems to be provided by clapack and flapack python modules. Hmm,
I'm wondering why one would use flapack over clapack, from a python
perspective.

zgetri:
ditto, in flapack and clapack

zggsvd:
I can't find this anywhere in scipy. Anyone know if there is an
interface to this function?
