[SciPy-user] Mac OS X 10.3 Installation?

Thanks to everyone who gave me hints. Here's what I needed to do:

sudo setup.py build build_ext -lcc_dynamic install

That's how to specify the link flag needed to get past the restFP 
saveFP issues.
I also needed to uncomment the line to ignore 'sparse'.

I hope this helps someone out there.
