Those familiar with the GAUSS programming language may
find this useful.  (Requires SciPy.)

It's just a few of my most often used GAUSS commands at
this point, but I plan to add to the list.

Not that sumc, cumsumc, prodc, and cumprodc always
have axis=0.  (So those reading this list can guess
why I wrote them ;).
