Hi, I had tried SciPy about a year ago and was unable to install it owing to some incompatibilities with certain libraries (probably Atlas and/or lapack on Redhat Linux 8). I just installed SciPy v0.3 without a hitch. I would like to express my thanks to the SciPy developers for all of their hard work in developing this excellent package. -g
