[SciPy-user] cluster module

The vq.py example tries to import the scipy.cluster.vq
module, which raises an import exception.  Does anyone
know where this module can be downloaded? It wasn't
installed with the Enthought distro of Python 2.3 and
I couldn't find it in a search of the SciPy site or
mail list.
