Hi Margaret,

I'm Olivia and I've been going to the Learn Python Study Group - For
Beginners every Saturday since April in an attempt to become fluent in
Python. It has been a great source of encouragement and extremely helpful.
Keerthi, the organizer, has done a great job of including online resources
and keeping us focused. Recently, she mentioned the SciPy 2016 Conference
and directed me toward your message board note on Meetup.com and your
mention of financial aid for the conference. I saw that the application for
financial aid on the SciPy website is now closed but was wondering if
PyLadies Twin Cities offers any aid for fellow Pyladies? I'm almost a year
out of college so I don't think I qualify for the student pricing, but
can't afford the full price of the conference.
