[Scipy-organizers] Registration for SciPy2014 in Austin in July

I spoke with someone earlier today who was unable to confirm whether or not or employee, Jose Unpingco, could be registered under the Academic rate for SciPy2014 as we are a non-profit 501cd medical research organization.

Please confirm so that I can finalize his registration.
