Dear all,

as pointed out in my talk confirmation mail, I had a look at the
proceedings for a short paper of my talk here:
https://github.com/scipy-conference/scipy_proceedings/tree/2014

It says in the Readme "Once you are ready to submit your paper, file a
pull request on GitHub. Please ensure that you file against the
correct branch--your branch should be named 2014, and the pull-request
should be against our 2013 branch." I would like to ask if your 2013
branch is really the right one because it makes for me not directly sense.
