[Scipy-organizers] Helping with Scipy 2014

Hi Everyone,
At the sponsors brunch in 2013 (was with Schrodinger) I spoke with Andy
briefly about helping out with this years SciPy conference. In last years
setup, I think that a lot of people went to tutorials and then wasted a lot
of time trying to get the initial frameworks set up. I was hoping to help
all the tutorial givers get working setup instructions out before their
tutorials started.

Last year some folks had VMs, some had instructions that were sent out
before hand, and some were finalizing their tutorials the night before. I
would like to help normalize the process and beta test the setups for each
tutorial, hopefully having everything working a few days before the start
of tutorials.

Could I help out here?
