[Scipy-organizers] UW eScience sponsorship at SciPy

Hi Jake,

That is fantastic.  I think we can do other things for the eScience
Institute.  In the past the booths weren't as popular, but we have had
booths at things like the reception.  We could also do it during the
poster session which is another time there is a plenary break.  If you
are interested in a more perpetual booth, we can look into putting
something up for the three conference days.
