[Scipy-organizers] Early Registration / Tutorials

Hello Douglas,

I know that it isa bit hard to find but the refund page [1] says "Refund
Policy: 100% refund until Sunday, June 9th. Effective Monday, June 10th we
provide 50% and after Friday, June 21st there are no refunds."  The
tutorials should be announced within the week - which is well before the
refund deadline.  I hope that this helps.  Sorry for taking so long to get
back to you.
