[Scipy-organizers] Bug in review tools

I'm reviewing tutorial submissions. I get a 500 when I submit reviews of -0
or -1. Seems like the option to score as -0 or -1 is built into
symposion<https://github.com/pinax/symposion/blob/master/symposion/reviews/models.py>,
so it seems like it is likely something with the local install. But it
doesn't look like we mess with much.

Can someone with logs access check out where the 500 might be coming from?

Kristen Thyng was also able to reproduce.
