[Scipy-organizers] Outreach/pr at other conferences

I'll work on a draft doc for the 1-pager. And I'll ask Jim to work up a
sticker design. Enthought has a pretty good sticker vendor that we can use.
The grab-n-go lightening talk makes good sense. But that one I'll leave to
you or someone else. :-)
