[SciPy-Dev] Tests failing #14371

Hi guys,

I have jumped to work on small issues to jump on the code of scipy and get
used to it.

I have worked on the PR https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/14371, but I
have an issue all tests are passing on my local environment but are failing
when I push to github.

I tried ot pull/ merge and rebase but nothing works and I created a mess on
my PR.

Could you help me please, because I don't understand the problem here.
