[SciPy-Dev] PR to update scipy.stats.binned_statistic

Hi Scipy!

https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/14629
is a PR that optimizes the *std* statistic for
*scipy.stats.binned_statistic*.

I recently submitted another PR
<https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/14625> that
does the same for *min*, *max*, and *median*, and have since realized how
to do something similar for *std.*
