Great, thanks for volunteering! Yes, those are pretty close - a quick scan
doesn't show any steps that shouldn't be there or are missing. The first
time you do this you may run into a few small things, e.g. not having
access to PyPI for uploading wheels. We can solve and document those as we
go.
